Over several weeks, this exposure can lead to bleaching of the fabric and ink. Unfortunately, there are many pests and vermin that may be attracted to these dark areas, and these pests can chew holes in your fabric and leave droppings on your shirts. Therefore, you will want to ensure that you have the storage area regularly treated by a professional exterminator.
